The image of the Native American is from an old photograph of an individual in his native clothing and head dress. I just stuck Walid Bek’s face on it and used some photo molding software to soften out the colors.

The image is meant as a direct response to Jumblatt’s own statement about the Druzes and Maronites being like the “red indians”, itself a rather racist remark.

For us Native Americans, this sort of thing is akin to naming sports teams after us- it’s generally not appreciated.
